Clear the building site of any debris, trees, or obstructions.

Excavate the site and prepare the foundation according to the architectural plans. 

Foundation work is crucial, as it provides the structural support for your home.

Framing: The skeleton of your home is built using treated NZ timber framing materials.

Exterior work: This includes installing the roof, windows, doors, siding, and exterior finishes.

Interior work: Wiring, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and interior finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and paint are installed.

Final touches: Fixtures, appliances, lighting, and other finishing touches like landscaping are added to complete the home.

Inspectors from the City Council will visit the site at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Inspections typically cover the foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and overall safety of the home.

After completion of your new home, you will have the opportunity to carry out a pre-settlement walkthrough with a Pragma representative, to inspect the completed home and identify any deficiencies or issues that need to be addressed.

Once any outstanding items are resolved, you'll settle and take possession of your new home.
